Therefore, this bracelet is designed to support Bridge of Hope to help youth with disabilities overcome their isolation and support their social inclusion in community life on an equal basis with others. Helping children and youth with disabilities and their parents to access education, medical structures and professional orientation has been Bridge of Hope’s mission since 1996.
